Social work is a challenging field and developing a self-care regimen is important to being effective and avoiding burnout. The Harris Library has resources including books, games, and coloring books to help you decompress and have some plain old fun!

Getting Started

The Harris Library has the following  books to help you become familiar with meditation and other relaxation techniques.

The books with a call number starting with MSASS WELL are on the display shelf located near the quiet study and conference rooms.
